I charge an hourly rate.
I’m generally hired for a defined period of time – according to and following the Implementation Plan.
Within each phase and specific activity there is the option of retaining on a part-time basis, if that meets the particular needs.
When the ERP Project is complete the contract will come to an end and there are no termination costs.
